Forms will be available to pick up at the Parchment Administration Building on Orient or the Parchment Community Library on Riverview Drive.
There WILL be a co-ed division IF there is enough interest, however it will be 2 on 2 (1 boy-1 girl playing at a time, still need 4 players) (same price)
